Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly apartment community treats your pet like family!

Cats and dogs allowed. Refundable $300 pet deposit and a $35 month fee/apartment. Fees are NOT charged per pet. Maximum 2 pets per apartment home. Combined weight may not exceed 160 lb. Fish allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons). Exotic species (hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, reptiles) not permitted without written permission from the community manager.

Life can be RUFF. Relax in comfort with your furry friend at your side!
